I still cant figure out if the truck has a graffiti'd plywood box in the back or they parked next to something. How has this lived this long up here?

ha I thought he was just parked next to a tagged shed or electrical box, but I think you are right, it is in there.

I hate getting behind one of these slammed VWs because you just know they are going to go slow as hell so they don't rip off their oil pan on all the bumps.
